What We’re Building
Heartland Athletics Group was created to help bring more organized, accessible, and meaningful athletic opportunities to the Heartland region. H.A.G. is not limited to one sport, one team, one season, or one type of event.
We are building a year-round, multi-sport network focused on athlete development, competition, community partnerships, and local recognition.
Our Why
Heartland Athletics Group was inspired by our own family’s experience in youth sports.
As parents of children heavily involved in area athletics, we have seen firsthand how valuable sports can be for confidence, discipline, development, and community. We have also seen the need for more opportunities, stronger connections, and quality experiences for athletes and families across the region.
That is why H.A.G. was created. Heartland Athletics Group exists to help build competitive, developmental, and community-driven athletic opportunities for youth and amateur athletes across the Heartland.
H.A.G. is bigger than one team, one sport, or one season. It is about building something that serves families, supports local athletes, and strengthens the sports community throughout our area.
Founded by Justin Hawkins and inspired by family, community, and a passion for youth sports.
